Yin Yoga is a slow and mindful practice. You ease into postures, holding them gently for three to five minutes or sometimes longer. This extended, passive stretching engages the fascial tissue, helping to release knots and adhesions that can lead to discomfort and chronic pain. I also incorporate myofascial release techniques, using tennis balls or other fascia balls to apply targeted pressure and stimulate the myofascial system - the muscles and the connective tissues surrounding them.
This practice offers your body space to let go of tension and fully settle into a state of relaxation. As your breath flows freely, your body unwinds and finds stillness.

The Breath is a two hours experience that will make you inner voice heard. The result is a mental clearing and emotional release. Through continued practice many students develop a connection to their purpose in life, along with an incredibly energising feeling.
Enjoy a music-driven class that borrows from yoga in its spirit, mantras in its power, and breathwork for breakthroughs.

Manuela and Matthias guide you through these thoughtful, ever changing sequences which are designed to explore your own possibilities. We use organic essential oils and sacred smoke of Sage, Palo Santo and Copal to support your transformative journey.
